This website

This website has no signup form, advertising tracker, analytics integration or payment collection. It uses assets hosted with the site. Cloudflare hosts and secures the website and may process connection details such as IP address, requested page and security logs, including outside Australia, under its privacy policy. Email links open your own email application. Enquiries sent to us are processed in Zoho Mail to respond and keep a record of the conversation. Please send only information needed for your enquiry; you can ask us about access, correction or deletion.

The Pollux iPhone app

Accounts use an email address and authentication credentials through Supabase. An optional username and profile photo are associated with the account. Transactional verification and recovery messages are sent through Resend. Support and privacy enquiries are received in the Pollux Zoho mailbox.

Appearance and filter preferences are stored on the device. Deleting a server account currently does not erase all device preferences; those controls and their final guidance are being tested.

AI and subscriptions

The shared Briefer evaluation sends selected approved market and economic evidence to OpenAI from the server. It does not need your profile, email or holdings. Provider retention terms still apply; a non-persisted response setting is not a promise of zero provider retention.

Apple and RevenueCat subscription integration is being prepared. Its final transaction identifiers, account association and privacy disclosures must be verified before payments are enabled. Personalised AI, portfolio connections and alerts are future functionality, not current collection purposes.

Access, correction and deletion

The app includes account and profile controls, and server-side account deletion. End-to-end failure and backup-retention checks remain part of release testing. For an access, correction or deletion request, email privacy@polluxmarkets.com. Do not include passwords, reset links or identity documents in ordinary email.

Before the app’s public release

The final notice will set out the responsible legal person or entity, contact details, purposes, processors and overseas handling, retention and backup ageing, security practices, rights and complaints. It will reflect the final app and any retained legacy website services, rather than list speculative integrations.
